After graduating in a Hospitality and Tourism Management master in the Vatel school of Nîmes, Chloé specialized in the management of rentals after some precious experiences in luxury parisian hotels such as the Peninsula.
Thanks to her experience, her dynamism, her sharp knowledge in the art of welcoming and her capacity of adaptation, she founded the Conciergerie Champagne in 2016 in order to satisfy the needs of demanding landlords and rental businesses.
Frédéric Vincent
Frédéric has cultivated the entrepreneurial spirit with passion and devotion for 30 years. Professional in the real estate business, he is the instigator of the real estate diversification for the Louvre cabinet.
In attendance on the terrain, he supervises the works of refurbishment or transformation of his real estate projects and manages the Lupara company which is dedicated to renovation.
In business relationships in Dubaï for two years, Frédéric communicates his energy and will power to develop profitable and secure opportunities.
Yann Lecaplain
Advisor in wealth management for 25 years, real estate agent for 8 years, Yann is the CEO of the Louvre Gestion Privée office.
Armed with his pragmatism, his acute sense of listening and his sharp analytical skills, he built himself a solid experience in the field of asset management.
After many years as an expatriate and a distinct taste for the international, Yann is nowadays convinced of the opportunities presented in Dubaï which embodies the new world and the land of possibilities.
